The Company does not store payment data.TerminationThe Company may suspend or terminate access at its discretion for violations of these Terms.
Intellectual PropertyThe Software remains the Company’s property. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant the Company a license to use it.

Notice must be given 30 days before the end of your subscription.
No pro-rated refunds.
Only software subscriptions are eligible for refund.

Pricing Policy
Monthly access ranges from $297–$1197. Usage-based fees apply. Custom quotes available. Suspension Policy Non-payment results in temporary account freeze. Data is retained short term. Reactivation requires valid payment.
Data Export You must export your data before cancellation. The Company does not assist post-cancellation.
Contact Export AccessOnly sub-account and location admins may export contacts.
Pause, Cancellation & Data RetentionPause available for up to 2 months at $199/month. Reactivation fee: $299.
Termination of Services
You must remove all trackable numbers post-cancellation.
Future service may be denied.
Loss of Assets Websites, funnels, and chat widgets are deleted upon cancellation. Export your data before terminating Robo Callers
The Company is not responsible for SMS use caused by robo callers. Anti-Spam PolicyStrict zero-tolerance policy. Spam = account termination.
A2P ComplianceYou are responsible for completing A2P registration, fees, and SMS usage charges.
